Cassie Maddox, the main character in The Likeness, is complex and disturbed. I believe that I loved it very much; I think, in fact, that I did a crappy job reviewing it because I wanted to hurry up and read this. Sam tells Cassie he at first thought it was her and is glad to see that Cassie is all right.
